SPORTS INJURIES

RESTORING HEALTH & WELLNESS

Following a thorough assessment, I will develop a customized treatment plan, which can include:

  • Manual Therapy (massage, joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation)

  • Therapeutic exercises

  • Modalities

  • The hands-on restoring of joint and tissue function like massage, joint mobilization appropriate to your needs, passive modalities (ice, heat, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).

My goal is to help you restore and even surpass your prior level of function as swiftly as possible. Together, we can identify and treat the anatomical dysfunctions and biomechanical problems, which may have led to the injury in the first place.

I not only help you recover from your injury, but can also design an exercise program that will improve your performance and allow you to remain injury-free.

I provide physical therapy services both in your home and virtually.

Services cover:

  • Back and Neck Pain

  • Sciatica

  • Sports Injuries

  • Overuse Injuries

  • Arthritis

  • Shoulder & Knee Pain

  • Foot & Ankle Pain

  • Children's Physical Therapy

  • Surgical Rehabilitation

  • Fall Prevention & Balance Training
